ENTRANCE
From Quickwell Hill, pass through the gate in the low wall into the small rose garden.

An open-plan room with a low ceiling (Max headroom 6’6”), exposed wooden beams and sash-windows to the front. The dining table seats 4 while the lounge area has two sofas arranged around a feature stone fireplace that contains a “real-flame” gas fire. The room also has a Welsh dresser, TV and a well-stocked bookcase.
A wooden staircase (Max headroom 5’7”) and Stannah stairlift lead to the Upper Floor.
An internal latch-door (Max headroom 5’5”) leads to;
KITCHEN
A split-level room, whose upper section, with electric cooker, microwave oven and work-surfaces, is well lit and which provides an atmospheric cooking area arranged under the cottage’s original chimney.
