This grade-2 listed cottage on Quickwell Hill has superb views of the Cathedral from both front and rear, and is tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences. “Ty Melyn” offers a cosy, comfortable retreat in a unique Pembrokeshire cottage yet it is only a few minutes walk to the centre of the City.

ENTRANCE
From Quickwell Hill, pass through the gate in the low wall into the small rose garden.
The front door leads to; -
DINING ROOM/LOUNGE
An open-plan room with a low ceiling (Max headroom 6’6”), exposed wooden beams and sash-windows to the front. The dining table seats 4 while the lounge area has two sofas arranged around a feature stone fireplace that contains a “real-flame” gas fire. The room also has a Welsh dresser, TV and a well-stocked bookcase.

A wooden staircase (Max headroom 5’7”) and Stannah stairlift lead to the Upper Floor.
An internal latch-door (Max headroom 5’5”) leads to; -
KITCHEN
A split-level room, whose upper section, with electric cooker, microwave oven and work-surfaces, is well lit and which provides an atmospheric cooking area arranged under the cottage’s original chimney. The lower section, arranged underneath a skylight, contains a large fridge/freezer, sink and ample storage.

A stable door leads out to the Patio and Rear Garden.
BATHROOM
Approached from the Lounge through an internal latch-door (Max headroom 5’3”). With electric shower, sink, toilet and window overlooking the rear garden. The airing cupboard also provides ample room for storage. The window looks onto the rear garden.

Approached from the Kitchen’s stable-door, the patio (approximately 20' x 12') is perfect for dining “al fresco” with slate flooring and hardwood dining table and chairs. A door leads off to the shed, which provides ample storage.
A short flight of steps leads up to; -
REAR GARDEN
Approximately 100’ long, secluded garden with superb views over the Cathedral. Deep rich grass, borders stocked with mature shrubs. Gate to rear lane.
PARKING
Parking is available in the rear lane. Free parking in the front Car Park only out of season.
