ENTRANCE
From Quickwell Hill, pass through the gate in the low wall into the small rose garden.

DINING ROOM/LOUNGE
An open-plan room with a low ceiling (Max headroom 6’6”), exposed wooden beams and sash-windows to the front. The dining table seats 4 while the lounge area has two sofas arranged around a feature stone fireplace that contains a “real-flame” gas fire. The room also has a Welsh dresser, TV and a well-stocked bookcase.


A wooden staircase (Max headroom 5’7”) and Stannah stairlift lead to the Upper Floor.
An internal latch-door (Max headroom 5’5”) leads to;
KITCHEN
A split-level room, whose upper section, with electric cooker, microwave oven and work-surfaces, is well lit and which provides an atmospheric cooking area arranged under the cottage’s original chimney. Weekly rates include electricity and heating. Please bring your own towels. Not suitable for pets, and children under 5 years. Strictly no smoking. Friday changeover.
